A flow diagram is captioned "SRM Tooling Diagram" which 
explains the fabrication of tooling to drill holes in tang and 
clevis joints of motor segments.  The flow begins by fabricating 
the master gauge from which the transfer gauge is fabricated. 
The transfer gauge is used to fabricate the master tool, which 
is a drill jig.  The master tool is used to drill holes in tang and clevis
 joints of all motor segments.  The transfer gauge is also used 
to fabricate new master tools, which will be used at other locations.
